As part of a joint venture with the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Stiles recently completed this extensive interior renovation and code upgrade to the existing casino building. The scope of work include all new interior finishes, a 3-hour midpoint wall, removal and reconstruction of the northwest sidewall, installation of fire sprinkler systems on the northside, and upgrades and corrections to code-deficient electrical. This project was successfully completed without disruption to Casino operations which remained open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout construction. Stiles completed the project 10 days early and also delivered in excess of $2,300,000 of additional scope with only a 5 week extension to the completion date.
