Managing Member for Seminole/Stiles
As Senior Vice President, Tim oversees both the preconstruction and operations teams, serving as the single source of contact for all operational aspects to ensure a seamless process for clients from the start of contracts, throughout construction, to the final delivery of products. He facilitates communication, making certain preconstruction commitments, including design cost control, final project budgeting, and buyout, are successfully integrated with field work. Tim’s 20-plus years of management experience and his decade of involvement with all major Stiles’ projects give him the unique ability to lead in this role.
Tim has succeeded in the construction industry for 28 years, including 20 in operations and 5 in preconstruction and business development. He began in superintendent roles in the field before moving into the office to conduct estimating and business development. He then became part of the executive management team overseeing operations, preconstruction, and estimating for a large, reputable construction company, and he continued in this capacity when he joined Stiles. Tim’s first-hand experience in both the field and office has given him a strong background that helps him understand both sides of the construction process.
